干酪素行情
以尿素(su)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)分散劑(ji)、碳酸(suan)銨和醋酸(suan)鈉為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)輔助分散劑(ji)、納米氧化鋅為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)交聯劑(ji)制備了木薯(shu)淀粉(fen)改性(xing)干酪素(su)標簽膠(jiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji),研究了尿素(su)、碳酸(suan)銨、醋酸(suan)鈉、木薯(shu)淀粉(fen)、交聯劑(ji)用(yong)(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)對(dui)膠(jiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji)體系的粘(zhan)(zhan)度、初粘(zhan)(zhan)力(li)(li)、拉絲(si)、耐低溫水(shui)等(deng)性(xing)能的影響。結果表明,當膠(jiao)液中干酪素(su)用(yong)(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)16.0%,尿素(su)用(yong)(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)18.0%,碳酸(suan)銨用(yong)(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)0.8%、醋酸(suan)鈉用(yong)(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1.3%、木薯(shu)淀粉(fen)用(yong)(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)6.4%、交聯劑(ji)用(yong)(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)0.2%時(shi),膠(jiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji)的初粘(zhan)(zhan)力(li)(li)、粘(zhan)(zhan)度、拉絲(si)和耐低溫水(shui)等(deng)性(xing)能符合使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)要求。
